If you are running into issues with verifying your ID, make sure that the following is in order:
- Use your full and official name. For example, if you are officially registered as Robert, do not use Bob.
- Only use your SSN, and double-check that it is correct.
- Use a residential address that the credit bureau could have on file.
- Only use upper/lower case Latin letters, digits, and do not use other punctuation marks such as brackets, dashes, and commas.
- Use your real phone number. A VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) will not work.
