To cancel auto-renewal for your recurring subscription, follow these steps:
- Open your Nord Account, log in, and open the "Billing" section.
- Go to the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Click "Cancel" next to the "Auto-renewal" section.
- Lastly, confirm the cancellation by choosing "Cancel auto-renewal".
Note: We recommend canceling auto-renewal before the billing date to avoid an automatic charge.
You will receive a confirmation email to your registered email account once your subscription has been canceled. Once you cancel auto-renewal, you will not be charged automatically on any subsequent billing date.
